Congratulations to IAN MUNRO, who can now be acknowledged as the true Heavyweight Champion of the 2009 NPA South-West Championships. On the day of the competition, Ian placed second to Steve Jenkin, who also won the Overall title. At the NPA British Finals 2009, Steve Jenkin failed the polygraph test, has since been stripped of his South-West titles, and is now banned for life from the NPA. Ian Munro is an outstanding Champion, and a great example of what Natural Bodybuilding is all about - it is hoped he will be back competing in the near future, belated congrats to him!
